Arthur also has a history. Before turning the Ecclesiastes Pub into what it is now, he was part of a mafia, the most powerful mafia in all of London if not the UK. Because of this connection, many crime bosses have been patrons to the pub, scheduling meetings there and occasionally a murder. You learn to not eavesdrop on any customer real quickly.
