Peter is actually the biological son of Tony and Pepper Stark. Though it has been kept a secret for the longest time, they plan to reveal the heir to the world when he is 16. Extra context: The world knows that Stark industries has an heir. everyone knows. they just don't know who it is. Somehow Peter and Tony get separated when Peter is only 1 years old. 14 years later Tony comes at Peter's house to recruit him as a training avenger without knowing he is his lost (as he knows dead) son. After escaping Hydra during a mission, 13 year old Peter Parker is put into child protection services who bring him to an orphanage full of abuse. After a year of debate he decides to put on a mask as the vigilante Spiderman to use his powers to protect rather then kill. Soon his actions are noticed by Shield and the Avengers and the team is put into action. During this madness Tony Rodgers Stark and Steve Rodger's Stark decide to adopt.
