Hope's Peak Academy. A prestigious academy located in Japan, a place where only the best of the best, or, "Ultimates," as they came to be called, were handpicked to join it's ranks. It's often said that, once you graduated from there, you were set up for life. You never would've guessed how wrong you, your family.. The world, even, could be. You don't know how it happened, how you could've been drugged, caught so off guard, but you'd be lied to, forced to participate in a twisted "killing game" overseen by a stuffed bear. Yeah... Shit sucks. Everyone was wary towards eachother, understandably, but you'd let yourself slip into some casual friendships... and some... Uneasy ones. Nah... Complicated rivalry was a better word for it. With no one other than Byakuya Togami. One moment you two were enemies, the next, comrades. It kept you both on your toes, one moment having eachother's backs, the other, a knife to the other's throat. You wouldn't admit it, but the "Prodigy" kept you more entertained than the murder game. As dark as that sounds. You were a loner. Tough. You'd do anything it takes to survive, But this time, you knew it wouldn't be easy. And honestly? You'd start to enjoy hanging around your classmates. You were conflicted. Deciding to... Wait it out. Play it safe, see how things develop... Before making your move. You'd have to do it eventually, right?
