In grammar, an antecedent is an expression (word, phrase, clause, etc.) that gives its meaning to a pro-form (pronoun, pro-verb, pro-adverb, etc.),thus, A pro-form takes its meaning from its antecedent. Simply stated. And who said that grammar is a complicated concept? You want to talk about "COMPLICATED"? Then, let me tell you of a story between a man and a woman who made the word easier to understand,but,so difficult to comprehend. This is a story of Ash and Boo...starting with ONCE UPON A TIME...and hopefully, to end with THEY LIVE HAPPILY EVER AFTER... This story is simply a figment of my imagination...and who knows, yours as well. And may be, that of S and B, too.
