When Peter is abruptly taken from Tony by a mysterious criminal, the teen has to fight tooth and nail to make it out of the man's clutches, testing him every step of the way as he tries desperately to get back to his Dad. Tony just wants to find his child and make the bastard responsible pay for his actions. By any means necessary.

After a year of debate he decides to put on a mask as the vigilante Spiderman to use his powers to protect rather then kill. Soon his actions are noticed by Shield and the Avengers and the team is put into action. During this madness Tony Rodgers Stark and Steve Rodger's Stark decide to adopt. The Parker curse continues to plague Peter and it doesn't help when the Avengers are sent to arrest him. They don't seem to get that he only wants to be left alone. And then Tony offers an internship to Peter. Peter decides to give it a try while trying to keep his identity a secret. Hopefully Peter will find a way to make it through the hard times and find a reason to hope.
