Josy is desperate. Right before an important meeting, her AI chip, which was implanted into her brain like to every adult at the end of the 21st century, suddenly has a malfunction. Because of the brain implant she became a successful career woman. But now that the chip has crapped out, she has to rely on her own abilities ...
Such chips - brain computer interfaces - can already help people who, for example, have lost their ability to speak due to an illness. Brain chips can also be life-saving for depression (although the chips are not yet controlled by thoughts, but by a remote control). So far, communication has only been possible in one direction: from humans to machines and not the other way around. In science fiction, future developments can be anticipated.
