Ten years after the prestigious Hunter Exam that started the friendship of Gon, Killua, Kurapika and Leorio, what has become of their lives? Leorio is now a practicing Medical doctor struggling for senior promotion in the most competitive hospital in York New City. Kurapica finally assumed responsibility as one of the Zodiacs in the Hunter Association. While Gon, after settling scores with his long lost father, has grown into a well-known hunter. On the otherhand, Killua, after parting ways with Gon, travelled the world with his little brother Alluka, who also carries a very special ability which his family is after. Alluka has gone sick, and this dilemma caused all their paths to cross again for another adventure with new characters from Leorio's field.

Gon and Killua were raised together by Mito. They were together since the day they can talk and walk. They were brothers they say. But, children their age tease them so much because of their huge differences. Gon was tan and Killua was fair. Gon has amber eyes and Killua has the color of sapphire. Gon and Killua are now freshman in college and have the chance to start new. In this story they have not met yet and are 18 years old KILLUA just wanted to have a normal College experience and get away from his terrible home life. He decided he was going to move out from home and move into the dorms at Hunter University. He knew he was going to have a roommate but what he doesn't know was that his new roommate would change his life. GON was very excited about going to Hunter University and just wanted to make tons of friends while studying hard to make good grades. He was especially excited about having a roommate since he never grew up with siblings so he was ecstatic to be able to live with someone his age. What he didn't know was that his life would get a lot less simple and a lot more complicated. He might even be staring death in the face.
