Izuku has Neo's powers. super speed, strength and reflexes. He doesn't have flight. He still has OFA Deku x Mei.

Izuku is a shy person but changes when he meets his idol, All Might. He learns that he can be a true hero by doing more then just saving people. He learned a true hero helps the community and and helps others stand even at his downfall.

This is an IzuJirou/DekuJirou pairing story. The idea behind it all is a song by Tai Verdes, and it's centered around the concept of two friends realizing the struggle of trying to be in a relationship after being friends. You can lose each other both romantically, and platonically if things do go wrong. But maybe the two will overcome the fear of losing one another. Izuku Yagi is the son of the number 1 hero All Might and the number 3 hero Green Tornado. He is born quirkless while his sister Izumi Yagi gets a strong quirk. he is bullied by his sister and former best friends for his 'uselessness' and gave him the name Deku meaning useless. But he doesn't let his lack of a quirk hold him back as he tries to become the first quirkless hero. I don't own Bnha or One Piece.
