This is book 2 in the Mute series. First book has the same title as the series. Harry is doing much better now that he's never going back to the Dursleys, and that Dumbledore wouldn't be able to touch him anymore. Natasha and McGonagall had done a sweep through Hogwarts multiple times to make sure any spells Dumbledore had left were removed. Unfortunately, after Predawn started acting a little too guilty, Harry started to hear whispers in the walls, whispers that were talking about things that made Harry's heart pound in his throat, and his blood run cold from fear.

What would happen if Leo had been mutated into a serpent instead of Karai? This is just an idea I had and decided to write about. I'm just gonna rewrite the episodes that have Karai as a major character and put Leo in that role instead but I will change some stuff in them. I'm gonna start with the ending of "Vengeance is mine" and then go on to "Serpent hunt" then continue from there. So I hope you enjoy reading this book!
