By route of loss and triumph, the boys find their way in a world unwanting of individuality and self expression through written word and risky choices, and are met finally with a chance for a path of nonconformity.

A simple poem. Something to finally bind together the hearts of two people.

Just an Anderperry fic. It might start off actually good and with something to it, then trail off into cute little antics. Then maybe have something more? I don't really know where I'm going with this fic, it's just one of my happy AU's after my sad Anderperry.

But it feels simple/ feels like enough/ feels like forever./ They are but youths/ and the world is their oyster/ and they have nothing but time.

An Anderperry (Todd Anderson/Neil Perry, Dead Poets Society) oneshot. Rated M for language, but may write more chapters that could be more mature. Todd's trying to write a poem about the boy he's fallen for, without much luck. Neil shows up and distracts him. Fluffy first kiss stuff. I haven't written fanfiction in years, but something about these two inspired me so much that I felt compelled to write this. Let me know what you guys think , and if you want more!

Todd offered Neil a smile, and the boy swore that his heart didn't nearly leap out of his chest. It was like the attraction he had felt upon their first meeting but intensified by ten, as if all the pinning he had done over the past few weeks had built this unassuming boy into an Adonis in his mind. This was ridiculous, Neil Perry was calm, cool, and collected at all times. He was charming, and level headed, and definitely did not swoon over pretty boys that were shy to a point of near physical pain for them and everyone around them.
