Republic City during the 1920s was certainly a place to visit. The city that never sleeps, they call it; music, bars, cigars, drinks, you ask for it and they have it. In the midst of ecstasy and addiction in the Red Lotus Club, the young singer Asami Sato notices that a piece of most important jewelry goes missing. What happens when she meets the famous P. I of Republic City, K. Smith? Will they recover it?

In this story Asami starts off as an orphan. She meets a small brown girl with the most big beautiful blue eyes, at the orphanage. The blue eyed girl was to young to speak but she would be able to say "avatar". Asami decided to stick with that name and call her "Avatar". They became best friends and promise to each other that they will always stay together. But everything changed once Avatar was adopted. Before Avatar left, she went to hug Asami for the last time and promised her that they would make their way back to each other. Asami stayed with that promised. Soon she was taken in by Katara. But she never let go of that memory, and she knew deep down in her gut that she will find her again. She will find her Avatar.

Korra is a new kid to Republic City High. She instantly clicks with Asami's new friend group. While Korra is all smiles and bouncy around them she has to face her reality at home. Korra finds a way around it, imposing as a man and traveling around the world as a wandering knight named Ki. She succeeds in fooling everyone and gets hired to do various types of jobs, building up a reputation for herself. One day, Korra gets hired by the king of the Satora kingdom to rescue and bring back his daughter, who's been kidnapped by the kingdom's enemies: Cabekan dynasty. When the two group arrive, they are stuck in the same room. Korra doesn't like Asami at all but after a wild night, they end up getting married and winning 3 million yuan.
