It all started with a cookie (Y/n) is taking a trip with her best friend around the United States to celebrate their graduation from college. Finally making it to the West Coast, they run into two people she surely thought would never happen.

Tom, Y/N and Harrison have been inseparable for twenty years, Tom and Y/N always being a little closer than just best friends and constantly questioning their feelings for each other. When they share a moment one night that changes their lives forever, they both start to question everything that they thought they knew about their relationship. A hard situation turns into a complicated one, turns into a horrific one as they try to navigate adult life, complicated feelings and the fact that one of them is a movie star. The last thing either of them wants is to lose the other, but after their long and tiring journey, they may have no other choice.

Intoxicating is about a 19 year old girl named Y/n. She is a freshman in college and she wants to pursue her passion in becoming a writer. The only friend she finds when she first moves in is her roommate. Her name is Lily. Lily is a girl who likes to go to parties, get drunk, and hook up with guys. But Y/n is totally opposite. She is quiet, hardworking, and innocent. Y/n's boyfriend Sebastian of 2 years comes up once in awhile to come visit her, but she notices since she's away, they have drifted apart. To get Y/n's mind off Sebastian, Lily takes her to her first college party. And that's when she meets Tom. The guy on campus that is known for hooking up with every girl. They guy that has broken a million girls hearts. The guy that doesn't date and supposedly can't love.
