Tyler Oakley deals with the grief of losing his fiancé Troye Sivan by re-living his favorite moments with him.

Tyler and Troye meet by chance in a cafe and it's love at first sight. Everything is looking up with cute nicknames and a relationship like the fairy tales. But when Tyler misinterprets Troye preparing a surprise for him, things get a bit complicated. Car crashes, comas, and fights happen. Can they go against all odds and stay together?
