Eirin et Shauna sont deux jeunes filles d'origines différentes. L'une est l'héritière d'une grande famille, l'autre une simple orpheline. Depuis des années, elles s'entraînent dans le but de devenir des Paladins : des guerriers hors pair maîtrisant armes et magie. Alors que leur apprentissage approche de la fin, ces deux apprenties vont se retrouver plongées dans un monde corrompu rempli de mystères. Parviendront-elles à affronter les multiples dangers qui les attendent ? Attention, certaines scènes et thèmes abordés peuvent heurter les personnes sensibles.
