Life is going fine for George until he starts feeling... weird. Everytime he talks to Dream, he gets butterflies- Yearning for the joyful sound of Dreams laugh- But, panic starts to set in. Their only best friends, right? George doesn't want anything more, at least he doesn't think. Fearing that these stupid feelings will ruin evrything, George decideds to take a break from the internet. Things in his life change. He loses his apatite. He loses sleep. And, hes losing his connection with Dream. Yet hes still panicking. As he starts to fall into a deep state of depression, he hears a knock at his door. "Who could that be" George groans as he walks across the cold, hard floor to the door. As he twists the handle, it creaks. Shock freezes his whole body. "Dream?!" Trigger Warnings throughout the book include - Panic attacks, anxiety attacks, vomiting, passing out, suicidal thoughts, attempt suicide, rude language, and physical violence.

Dream has a rare condition that he likes to call 'Aspectabund'. Only few people know of this, excluding George. A random boy, named Clay, walks up to him, he makes George run away. The boy keeps contacting him. Why does George feel so comfortable around him? He isn't allowed to. How does this random guy do this, calm him down all the time? What starts with just a small conversation ends in way more than ever expected. 'Why did you start talking to me?'
