Nico Di Angelo is one of the most powerful demigods alive; Son of Hades, Ghost King, Heir to the Underworld, etc. One day on a casual trip to New York, he is accidentally harassed by someone he never thought he'd see again - his childhood friend, Tom Riddle. But Tom is different now, he's... crueller. Less humane. And Nico wants to find out why. After gaining permission from Hades and a reluctant blessing from Hecate he sets off to the place Tom has been terrorizing, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, to try and find Tom again. But in exchange for the blessing Nico needs, Hecate requires him to look after a certain green-eyed boy of prophecy and some of his friends as they fulfill their own quest. However, only later does Nico find out that their goal and his goal clash rather violently... Will his two friendships survive? Or will one perish in the clash? His job didn't cut it and if he worked extra hours his grades would show it. Will Solace, on the other hand, was an extrovert at heart with anxiety and tea running his life. He was in his fourth year of med school and was sick of living at home. He refused to live in the dorms again and couldn't afford a place on his own. Solangelo AU where Nico and Will are college roommates and though they are different, realize they have a lot more in common than they think. What happens when their friendship turns into something more? When Will is told he has to go to high school, he doesn't have much of an opinion. Go there, protect some students, hang out with people he barely knew, be over with it. Fine, whatever. Though he finds himself having to be near a Nico Di Angelo an awful lot... Nico'd rather not be near anyone, period. People were annoying, after all, and he didn't trust them much. He was only here because he didn't feel like saying no. He's forced to be near a certain Will Solace, though, and said Will Solace may just change his mind on people. When Nico gets hit in the face with a soccer ball on his first day of college, he has to go to the infirmary. There, he meets Will, who works there.
