Rose is living a normal life, but it all changes when she gets new neighbours. Since the neigbours have come to town Rose feels like there is something, or someone who keeps on watching her everywhere she is. Her stalker has unusual grey cold eyes, there can get her in a trance and everytime he is close she feels a cold breeze inside of her. He has an addiction she doesn't want to be a part of.
