Welcome to the Flexible Book Exchange, a club for writers and readers looking to get feedback on their work. Unlike the traditional structure of a regular book club, you are in charge of your book club experience. You choose the books you read, how many chapters to exchange, and how many assignments you complete that month by sending out and accepting requests to/from users in the club. Be as active as you want and take breaks when you need (assuming you've read what you've agreed to read : ) Lists of active members are refreshed monthly and we are open to new members as long as space is available. All genres and ratings are welcome!

I'm an average guy. Average grades (for my area). (Less than) average looks. Average future. Well that all turned upside down when the zombie apocalypse hit, and now I'm a zombie-slaying superhero - in my dreams. But actually, the zombie apocalypse sucks. With the power gone out and the water cut off and my family being away, I've got no one to talk to except for you, diary. Even though the sun is shining and the birds are singing, the world only seems to get worse and worse, and I can only hope that I won't die from starvation or dehydration or being cannibalized by zombie (Is that even cannibalization, though?). I should probably stop rambling now and get back to work. Society needs to be rebuilt after all. *** | #TheBookerAwards |

Carmine must choose her allies wisely, whether they have a beautiful ax, a heart of gold, a blood-stained sword, or skin shinier than the vibrancy of the Sun. [Wattys 2021 Shortlisted] [Wattpad Editor's Pick] [Featured on Wattpad's Fresh Reads List] *** When an asteroid crashes into the moon and pushes it closer to the Earth, Neal and his family must fight for survival, as tidal tsunamis ravage their coastline and volcanic ash shrouds the sun. *** Trapped between the stresses of high school life and his fear of upcoming college, Neal feels smothered by the overwhelming amount of change and responsibility he is going to face in the future. However, all of this changes when an asteroid crashes into the moon, pushing it much closer to Earth than anticipated, leading to catastrophic disaster to his large coastal town as the power shuts down and the tidal tsunamis ravage their coastline. Written in a hybrid-diary format, these journal entries chronicle the fears and emotions of Neal as he and his family struggle to survive in this changed world. Each day is a struggle as the world falls further and further in decay as volcanic eruptions cloud the skies and the waves eat away at the land. No one thinks of the past anymore. The only thought on everyone's mind is about what comes after. *** Featured on Wattpad's Fresh Reads List Featured on YA's Interstellar Reading List Featured on Stories Undiscovered Reading List for December 2021 Featured on TeenFiction's Between Worlds Reading List *** 2nd Place Winner in the Summer Zodiac Awards. 2nd Place Winner in the Summer Smoothie Awards 3rd Place Winner in the Hidden Gems Awards. 3rd Place Winner in the Sunflower Awards. *** Posted on RoyalRoad
