Maximus' POV of The Lone Dove: #2 Maximus Myers, a treasure to the Queen City High School, his own parents attended and fell in love. His mindset was not a mirror image of his father's, being a businessman was not his main goal when his mother, Annalisa Myers, the dark swan, would tell him stories of finding his one true love. He didn't believe in the whole Prince Charming way of finding his Cinderella and he'd never tell anyone, he'd rather be broke but, happy and in love than watch another student down the swept of every speck of dust hallway. He'd still receive gushing looks from many girls, but, every time he'd look into their eyes, hoping to find something that would give him warmth, only to be left stared at because of the suit on his back, the money in his overloaded pockets and the title of his heart, but, no warmth. All until the moment, the one girl he'd die for, he'd cherish to the ends of the world and he didn't even know it yet. His friend, Ivan Torres made the right decision in coming back early from France, Maximus hadn't yet known why. Now, all he ever dreams about, what his every thought is consumed of, the dangerous little blonde, who at first glance, her sharp forest emerald gaze, set fire to his everything. In the kingdom of Vanderdash, there is no more feared warriors than that of the Scarlet Guard. Protectors of the royal family, skilled assassins trained since childhood, They follow the crown, they enforce the crown. To many, the group cloaked in red is a greater symbol of the royal family's power than the kings crown itself. Citizens respect and fear the scarlet guard, the power they hold. But within the guard there is only one who installed that very same feeling into the rest. Head of the prince's royal guard, ruthless and cunning, rarely seen by the citizens themselves. They call her Red. An expert in poisons and deception, the small girl has brought armies to their knees without once lifting a blade. A vermillion haired monster hidden behind the face of a doll. ~~ I smiled up at the men, "Would you like a cookie?" They peered into the basket I held out, spotting the heart shaped treats. "They're cinnamon with apple Jam. I do promise they are to die for." The taller mans eyes narrowed, "did you give the poor fool dead on the road a cookie?" My lips parted, "a dead man? Oh my..do you think it is safe?" "..depends on who you are miss, why did you say you were in the woods again?" I smiled gently, "I didn't." He rose a brow. "I'm delivering these," I shook the basket a bit, "to my dearest grandmama." He hesitated for only a slight second, "oh. well. be careful then. These woods can be dangerous." I nodded once still holding out the basket, "so would you?" "Would we what?" I giggle a bit, "like a cookie silly." "Ah.." he scratched the back of his head, "sorry, I'm not too fond of apples." Damn it. I sighed softly, "strawberry next time then." "Right..." As I turned to go I looked up at the two tall men, "you be careful now too gentleman. There are wolves in these woods." They nodded rigidly as I spun and began to skip off, giggling to myself. He asked the wrong question. I didn't give the dead fool a cookie. I gave him two.

"If you turn your back to me again, you better be bending over, sweetheart." *** Everyone warns you about boys who go looking for troubles, who have bruised knuckles and split lips, whose eyes are so dark that it seems like they could swallow oceans and come out alive, about the boys who look like danger, but no one warns about boys who stay silent for way too long, or ones with rings under their eyes, boys with sad eyes and boys who whisper things so sweet, so quietly that you wonder if he was an angel. Everyone warns you about the bad boys, but no one seems to warn you about the broken ones. Bar Red was a broken boy who finally finds someone to help mend his scattered pieces. Everyone saw him as the untrustworthy, unstable beast who was more than willing to punch anyone's face in. Swear words and bad habits mixed with smirks and wicked grins are enough to ward anyone off. But, apparently for Clementine, that's exactly what pulls her in. She has no clue what she's getting into but she's about to find out. She wasn't innocent, not by far, but she had dignity, a warm aura, niceness, and stubbornness that could rival a mule. Mix that with Bar's possessiveness and overprotective behavior, some interesting situations will definitely arise. Adding in the fact that Clementine had to tutor Bar for the rest of the school year and his almost instinctual urge to be apart of her life, they are bound to get close. Bar swears, Clementine hates it. He fights, she glares while bandaging up his knuckles. She reads instead of eats and he refuses dinner until she joins him. He is rude and she ignores him until he apologizes. Both, easily, frustrate the other while simultaneously falling into love. Broken boys are the only ones that can fix themselves so will this broken boy manage to do so before he drives away the one girl who wiggled her way past every barrier? This is the story of a broken bad boy clashing with the sad good girl. * #1 in the Red series Stand alone

THE DARK FAIRY TALE SERIES 1 This book is what happens when you merge dark humor, the greater good, sin and fairy tale characters into one hell of a story. *** Everything you know about fairytales is a lie. The stories aren't true. Little Red Riding-Hood didn't get devoured, the wolf didn't eat the old lady or trick them. They forgot to mention during bedtime tales that Little Red is a beast. That her cloak is a death omen or protection and you don't get to choose which one falls on you. Oh but the wolf? He would love to ravage her skin, his desire not suitable for your childhood fairytale. Little Red is about to go on a mission along with the big bad wolf and their elect team of killer magical dumbasses to kill the Wicked Queen. There's no silver lining in this fairy tale. Because things are about to get bloody. *** "Do they actually call you Little Red," Hand around her throat, the wolf sneers at her so close that she can feel warm breath on her neck. "Do they actually call you a Big Bad Wolf?" Came Little Red's reply. "Medium and Cocky Wolf is more realistic." A growl sounds out, "Watch your mouth." A twisted smile plays on her lips, "Whatever for Wolf?" "Well Red," Leaning down over her indeed little frame the wolf speaks against her skin. "If you keep antagonizing me I may have to take a bite."

She's a wild, free spirit who sees the good in everyone, and he's the hardened, bad-tempered loner who wants nothing to do with her-yet no matter how hard he tries to push her away, she's the one temptation he can't escape. *** He's never met someone with such a bubbly personality. Not to mention the wildness and odd phrases she says every five minutes. He hates it. He hates how he can't stay away from it. He hates what she does to him; it's not like him to chase after some girl. She gets under his skin like no other. She's never met someone with such a bad attitude. He's ill-mannered and menacing. The glare never seems to leave his face. Considering it all, she can't help but feel the attraction toward him. Dangerous attraction toward a seemingly dangerous man. Maybe it's the tattoos on his arm that gets her attention. Or maybe it's because she can tell there's hope for good under his rough exterior. And she's about to find it, whether he likes it or not. It's no secret that the two of them are complete and total opposites. *** "You like being called Sugar, don't you?" I tease, placing my toothbrush back after finishing. He does the same and gives me a side-eyed scowl. He grips my chin harshly and kisses me. My body temperature raises a good ten degrees and my right leg goes all wiggly. He pulls away. "You like it when I kiss you, don't you?" He teases the same way I did to him and I'm left blubbering. "I think both of our questions are rhetorical," I lower my voice up at him. His lip curls up into a smirk. *** #1 in Young Adult #9 in Badboy #1 in Cold #3 in Goodgirl #1 in Sweetheart #14 in Love *** *Warning* This story contains mature themes (language, scenes)

Aubrey Wilson has the heart of an angel. As the type of person to always trust in others, she's admirable to peers. A total darling, but with a sadness that encases her heart. Anyone could shrink down in fright at the receiving end of Luke Taylor's infamous glare. Tall, muscular, dark-haired, and handsome, he's no stranger on or off the field. Not a kind stranger either. A total brooding asshole, but with a sadness that encases his heart. --- "You didn't have to hit him or anything," I lie my head on his broad, strong shoulder. "He shouldn't have touched you like that," he tucks a curl behind my ear. ~Strong Language~ ~Mild Violence~
