Marinette had unfortunately lost her eyesight in a horrid tragedy a year before. She dreads the first day of her sophomore year (10th grade/10th year), fearing that none of the students will want anything to do with the poor blind girl yet again. Luckily, Marinette is able to meet Adrien Agreste: a gorgeous, rich, and selfless blond model. It does not take very much for the two teenagers to quickly become the closest of friends. Gerard Way, a French artist, is returning to his hometown in the States for the sudden funeral of his late father. Because of relationship issues, he won't be staying with his family. But the Ieros next door are fully welcoming of him staying in newly renovated basement until he returns to France. Little does Gerard know, Mrs. Iero wants him to meet and fall in love with Lindsey, the "perfect cousin" of the family. But little do Mr. and Mrs. Iero know, Gerard is falling in love with Frank, their outcast son. ( co-created with @-knivesChau- )

Gerard Way is twenty five, and can't hold down a job due to his voice. Rather, his lack of one. When he's offered a job at a record company, he gladly takes it, and serves as assistant to CEO Frank Iero. He never knew how close he would get to him; even with all the obstacles in the way. (A note: Bert is highly involved in this fic, but he is *not* a villain. Please don't treat him as such)
