Izuku and Izumi are both villains the two of where driven crazy by bakugou himself and ever since Izuku became a villain Izumi did to they never leave each other and they always were together. They work for the league of villains both don't have a quirk but was given one together they were powerful

And the amount of schoolwork almost killing him than the villains. Can't he get a break. When the staff notices he's ahead of the class. Practically caught up with the third years in terms of work. They believe he needs some time to relax and be "normal". So what do they do? Call his mother. And sends him off to an island.
