Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.

Izuku forgotten in the forest by his step father for being quirless at the age of four all was seemed hopeless and was left to die but he wasn't going to let that happen with a new resolve he marched forward and made a vow to never let be stepped on ever again.
