All he saw was white as he trekked through the oak forest, his bag empty of food or drinks. He'd finished it a couple days ago. He still had a while to go until he made it back home. He usually didn't miscount his food for trips, but he didn't account for the hole at the bottom of the bag. The male shivered as a particularly cold breeze blew through the forest, knocking his hood off his head. He was too cold to remove his arms from around himself to pull it back up. He looked around for some kind of shelter since he could tell a storm was coming in. With no luck, he sat under a tree and took the last few remaining blocks from his bag, placing them to one side as a form of blockage from the wind at the least. He leaned his head against the trunk of the tree and sighed, hugging himself tightly as he waited out the storm, closing his eyes silently. The teen walked with his brothers through the forest, hoping to find some food after the storm ravaged the forest last week. What the youngest saw surprised him.
