Despite his monthly issue, Remus couldn't complain about much. He has two parents who love him dearly, two best mates he can count on for anything, and a girlfriend of roughly 6 years who adores him. Everything in his life is perfect. Isn't it? But the picture perfect life of Remus Lupin is just that. An image of who he is supposed to be. Not who he is. The cookie cutter world he has always known comes crumbling down when he befriends Sirius Black. Remus must decide if he wants to remain in the safety of his world, or to live in a world with Sirius Black. A life with no control. *only 2 mature parts*

A wolfstar AU (no-magic) {a relatively short story} The 1970s, a wonderful time of bold makeup, bell-bottom jeans, vinyl shops, police brutality and rampant homophobia. You get the gist. In which, Remus Lupin is a fresh-faced wallflower just out of college, supporting his community in miniature efforts, as to not get noticed. Sirius Black, maybe not as fresh-faced but still just out of college, is, let's say, a little bolder. He's happy to be noticed - even happier when it's the freckled boy that hides in the library. Disclaimer: my parents weren't even a twinkle in someone's eyes in the 70s. Historical accuracy isn't going to be my focus point; but I'll try my best.
