Erwin and Levi have been friends for a very long time. One night Levi gets drunk and ends up kissing Erwin. They try to ignore it but they start doing it more and more just to cure the boredom of nights filled with paperwork. They realize that deep down they really do enjoy it and as things continue they notice that they love each other.

Erwin was a member of the school's marching band and wanted to become a teacher like his father. Levi was still unsure of what he wanted to do for the rest of his life but he still did his best in school. However, he had one large setback that prevented him from doing a lot of things he wanted. He'd been diagnosed with a mysterious disease that was un-cureable but was at the very least manageable. One fateful day when they are put into a group for a project together, Erwin and Levi meet for the first time. As they work on the project, the two begin to grow closer and closer to each other until they eventually form a romantic relationship. One day however, Levi's condition takes a drastic turn for the worse and Erwin has to place his hope and faith in what most believe to be fiction in order to save Levi's life. All though the titans are everywhere and everyone is confined in the walls love still exists for some. However Levi is convinced that it is not for him.
