He is in a toxic relationship with an upperclassman, a 24 year old American student studying abroad with a full ride scholarship for boxing and wrestling, Midoriya is trying to figure out how to get out of the hell he has found himself in. He can't tell his roommate/best friend what is actually going on. He hides the abuse the best he can with the help of his abuser non the less.
