She's never had someone to love her in ways they do in the movie. That's why she stopped believing in love. And the only kind of love her little heart accepted was of the ones where the guy was over protective because that meant he would protect her like a rare flower. And when he would scream into her face your all mine when another man spoke the words"hey" it was because he wanted her all for himself. When he would yell at her for wearing a outfit which he didn't approve of. It was because she was showing what was his to the world. But that's fine because to her at least someone wanted her this badly. She craved love she would kill just to hear from one mans lips that she is loved. To her there was no other kind of love that existed because she's never had the door opens to see what supposedly real love look like. All she knows is no one has ever needed her more then this man. But she read the words "a flower is pulled from its roots if one likes it so they can capture that one moment of where it looks beautiful. A flower is kept in the ground and fed water if one loves it so they can see it grow into something bigger and better". She realised she was the flower. Those words translated into a hundreds of words. She was pulled from her roots by the man she thought loved her. And she still had yet to see what love felt like.
