Izuku Midoriya failed to get into UA so he ends up going to Shiketsu thanks to his new best friend Inasa Yoarashi. Both of the boys forge a special bond together since they had something in common. So both of them became the top two strongest Shiketsu heroes of Shiketsu high. Izuku became General and Inasa became his 2nd rank captain. They've already gotten their provisional hero licenses early and now they come to watch their classmates get theirs now. Tell than they decided to overcome their own dark past.
