हैलो आकाश, बस में चढ़ते हुए अचानक पीछे से किसी ने आवाज़ दी। जानी पहचानी खनकती सी इस आवाज़ ने आकाश के दिल के किसी कोने में जोरों की दस्तक दी। आकाश बस से उतरकर आवाज़ की दिशा में मुड़ा तो उसे ज़ोर का झटका लगा। म..म...म.....मधु तुम यहाँ कैसे, बस इतना ही कह पाया आकाश कि तभी सवालों की झड़ी लग गई। कहाँ है तू इतने सालों से कोई खबर नहीं, कोई फोन नहीं, क्या कर रहा है, कहाँ रहता है, मेरी शादी पर भी नहीं आया। मधु और आकाश, दोनों बचपन के दोस्त थे, साथ बड़े हुए, इक साथ पढ़े, सारा सारा वक़्त साथ बीतता। ये ही सिलसिला रहा मधु की शादी होने तक, पाँच साल बीत गये मधु की शादी हुए। आकाश की आँखों में पुराना वक़्त एक बार फिर तैर गया। ओये, कहाँ खो गया तू पगला तो नही गया है,"आकाश की आँखे उसके दिल का हाल बयाँ करने ही वाली थी, तभी मधु ने उसे ख़्यालों से बाहर निकाला। हैलो मधु, कैसी है तू, घर सब कैसे हैं, तेरे पति ओर बच्चे सब ठीक हैं और

जिनका मिलना मुकद्दर में लिखा नहीं होता, उनसे मोहब्बत कसम से बा-कमाल होती है। दिल से पूछो तो आज भी तुम मेरे ही हो, ये ओर बात है कि किस्मत दगा कर गयी। जाने किस बात की उनको शिकायत है मुझसे, नाम तक जिनका नहीं है मेरे अफ़साने में। काश कि वो लौट के आयें मुझसे ये कहने, कि तुम कौन होते हो मुझसे बिछड़ने वाले।
