Over time Zuri accepted the fact that she'll never be part of the Always & Forever vow. It all became clear when Hope Mikaelson was born. Though, Zuri was still fond of Hope as the girl didn't really do anything wrong. Zuri would play with Hope as a baby and spoil her while the rest of their family dealt with all the drama. Marcel spared the older tribrid as he didn't have anything against the girl. So as Hayley searched for a cure, Zuri took care of Hope with Mary. When the hollow came and caused trouble, Zuri made sure that Hope wouldn't be harmed. After some time, Vincent proposed a solution to the family, however, Zuri took the negative effects of the plan as an opportunity to start fresh, so, Zuri proposed to take the hollow on her own. And with that she left. Leaving her title behind and passing it down to her sister. Her title as 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙋𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘼𝙗𝙖𝙩𝙩𝙤𝙞𝙧.
