Dipper runs away and everyone gets worried when they can't find them now they question themselves will they eve r find Dipper?

Another Gravity Falls fanfiction about Dipper feeling sad and depressed, and no one knows why. Mabel tries to get through to him but fails miserably, and Soos and Stan don't know what to do. Wendy started to notice his behavior, and feels bad for him. One night Dipper goes on a walk, and Wendy follows him, and hears him confuse why he is like this, and tries to help him.

Dipper becomes to sick to even move and the bad part is that he is stuck in the middle of the woods.

Dipper gets sick one day and he does not want to tell anyone so as the days go on he gets worse and worse. How is he going to not tell them when it is clear that he is sick and how sick is he going to get?
