Mankind is evolving. Some love it, some fear it. Some embrace it, some envy it. For Zoey, the evolution of man has always been in the darkest part of her closet. A place no one touches. Only her family knew of her secret, and her stepfather never let the fact that Zoey was different disappear. But with mankind evolving, Zoey will soon figure out her own evolution is about to change more than she wants it too.

IN WHICH Coriolanus and Rose were friends, a long time ago, before life has made them into the heinous, desperate and sinful creatures that they are now. Now, he's on the track to rule all of Panem and she is an outcast. Locked in district's military bases for most of her life, disallowed an entry into society and unable to create personal collections, if Rose were to die, she's fairly certain no one would lay a flower on her grave. The issue of her father's heritage made her a nuisance. If not for her mother's Capitol blood, she'd be hanged or imprisoned. Instead, after her father's trial and subsequent execution, she was raised under Capitol's tutelage. Now, having spend years of "paying her dues" in the districts, she is finally admitted to the University. A chance is put before her: prove her worth as a Panem citizen, or stay a nobody. But the proposition is more of a trap than an opportunity and when Coriolanus Snow, the one good memory from her childhood, appears in the halls, memories of her past sins start to bother more than ever. Coriolanus, despite his recently gained status and power, cannot seem to forget the events of last spring that haunt his dreams, either. A murderer and a killer, childhood friends, and two players in a game bigger than themselves - or, perhaps, simply two people who, more than anything, long for someone to tell them they're not alone.

"Though our depths be but infinite, we still drown within the edges of our skulls.' A sample of poetry from my officially published book! it's out now on Amazon <3 ☆ [Some of these poems touch on topics such as struggles with mental health and mentions of suicidal ideation.] ☆ Infinite Depths is a book of all the things I forgot to say. All the things from which my flesh and bones are created. It's a book about how I deal with the harsh reality of mental illness and the slow path to recovery. I've poured the shadowed corners of my mind into these poems. I sculpt words in hopes of paving the way not only for myself but for others. Many of the poems included in this collection were composed while I was in a residential health facility. Being there was hard, but it also helped to open me up into writing poetry again. Writing poetry became a valuable coping skill that I used to translate my thoughts and emotions into words, helping me communicate what I needed to say. If you're in a tough palace in your life, I would highly recommend using writing as a means of self-expression. It's one of the things that helped to save my life. The topics I touch on in this collection are varied. Some are based on emotions and feelings that I experience, often negative, because poetry is one of my favorite ways of working through hard issues. Others are based on physical events. Others still are idyllic reproductions of my favorite things. This is a book of hidden depths and lost corners, infinite and ever-expanding in all the ways that make me Kai. It's a sculpture made of a scattering of different materials, some familiar and some foreign.

17 year old Orion has recently moved to a new town due to the harassment and transphobia they faced at their old one. They're a person stained with old memories that they'd like to forget. Thats why they're ecstatic when the local group of queer outcasts- Elliot, Sam, and Xen- invite Orion to hangout at their self-proclaimed safe space: an hidden creek bordered by old concrete ruins and the twisted stories behind them. It only becomes a problem when Sam goes missing in the tunnel that everyone ventured into. A few days later, the bodies start appearing. Limbs broken and flesh mutilated by fire. Stoneridge is a small town stained with hidden secrets. And it's with Sam's disappearance that they start slowly rotting to the surface. Yeah. This definitely was a bad idea.
