Bruce had his destiny traced since his birth, he would become his father's successor at the head of the family business, and his marriage was scheduled long before he even existed. His life was perfect for a future lord, but he didn't believe he would be happy living that way. Everything changes when the circus arrives in the city, and a certain trapeze artist gives him hope to change his destiny.

1925, Londres. Bruce já tinha seu destino traçado desde o berço, se tornaria o sucessor de seu pai à frente dos negócios da família e seu casamento já estava marcado muito antes dele mesmo existir. Sua vida era perfeita para um futuro lorde, mas ele não acreditava que seria feliz vivendo dessa forma. Tudo muda quando o circo chega a cidade, e um certo trapezista lhe passa a lhe dar esperanças de mudar seu destino.
