Lucy a 17ans. C'est une pleurnicheuse, peureuse et lâche. Une pur mauviette d'où son surnom: Nully. Ses parents ,alertés par l'hypothése du redoublement du fait qu'elle ne dépasse jamais les 40% dans son bulletin, décide de faire appel à un professeur dont ils ont lu les mérites dans un prospectus retrouvé dans leur boite au lettre. Le lendemain, le professeur en question arrive. Etonnés de découvrir un charmant jeune homme ayant les cheveux étrangement rose et atteignant à peine l'âge de 18 ans, les parents de Lucy décident de lui faire quand même confiance au grand damne de celle-ci. En plus de ça, il joue bien la comédie!! Devant ses parents, il était un vrai gentleman et quand ils ont le dos tourné, il devenait sans pitié avec elle!!!!!! Alors que Lucy se dit que rien d'autre ne pouvait lui arrivait de pire, voilà que Natsu, son professeur, lui avouait qu'il était un tueur à gages( le meilleur de tous en plus) et qu'il était venu pour la former!!!!
