Upon aquiring HIV during a job, Silva Zoldyck made a pact with his family stating they would all become infected with HIV and live out the consequences alongside him. When the consequences come, however, Silva is presented with the worst-case scenario and has to face the guilt and regret of knowing it was all because of him.
