I fell in love with the queens gambit a week ago and literally ordered the book right after, because I'm not ready move on from this serie yet. I immediately fell in love with Benny Watts the second Beth walked up those stairs where she met him. ofcourse Benny wasn't the endgame and I wasn't happy about that so I started to write this fanfic. Amelia Harmon wasn't as extraordinary as her sister Elizabeth Harmon. Amelia Harmon was always second to her sister Beth even when getting adopted. Amelia had a whole different life than beth she had to wait till she was over the age to take care of herself and finish school.
