(A half spin-off and half sequel to Lady Noir - Book 1) A couple of months ago, the lives of Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste were changed forever. Not only did they become incredible Parisian superheroes known as Ladybug and Chat Noir respectively, but they both discovered the identity of their partner. It turned that the notoriously attractive and charming feline was none other than the beautiful supermodel Adrien Agreste, while the hard-to-get and incredibly gorgeous female in a ladybug suit was the sweet and lovable Marinette Dupain Cheng. However, there is still one mask to uncover - the mask of Hawk Moth, the villain that they have been battling against for the past two years. Ladybug and Chat Noir have been relentless in their fight, not to mention extremely persistent and patient. Now, it seems as if their patience and resilience is beginning to pay off as the two grow closer and closer to learning the identity of the criminal whom they have been pursuing. The journey to discovering Hawk Moth's identity is rewarding, but there is a price to pay. The closer Ladybug and Chat Noir get to revealing his identity, the more they lose their own identity as Ladybug and Chat Noir, and as Marinette and Adrien. But their kwami only allow them to use their markers after an Akuma attack and never throughout the day.
