Owning a cafe that is frequented by many, heroes and civilians alike, isn't easy, but Midoriya didn't really mind. He had two kids to take care of, found many friends in the resident teachers and the resident explosive pomeranian. But the boy is tangled up in things that most heroes wouldn't even want to go near.

Izuku Midoryia gets his dreams broken that fateful day on the roof top that is, until he meets someone, who, in a weird roundabout way, believes in his potential as a hero. Malvolia Desdemona was a teenager readjusting (poorly) to civilian life until she met someone who looked like they needed to learn how to fight back when the world starts throwing punches. What better way to do that in a very literal sense then by helping him start a career of vigilantism? She was supposed to find a hobby after all. This begins the legends of Cacodaemon and Eudaemon, two spirits who marked a potential turning point; and a coming storm. But for what? They couldn't say, in reality they weren't really sure what the end point was for their second, secret, life, one just wanted to help other people and the other had just gotten their first taste of normality and realized it was drowning them. ...Quite frankly it was the only name either could come up with on the spot and they hadn't had much time to discuss when writing the letter announcing their vigilantism- the police were closing in quicker than they had expected. Disclaimer: This may come as a surprise, but I, the random person who writes crummy, free FANfiction on Wattpad, does not in fact own BNHA. I know, so shocking.

Prequel to Pantomath: Izuku left up on the roof decides to finally stop resisting and takes Bakugo's advice. He jumps. Caught by a stranger and later presumed dead he begins a new life and, eventually, starts beginning to lay the foundation to create a legend; The Information Broker, Deku, with an unknown information quirk that quickly earns much praise- Pantomath. Every legend starts somewhere this, however, is an end. Hello, T.A.L.A. here, I know it says prequel, but technically it should be read after Pantomath. (There's kind of spoilers for Pantomath near it's conclusion as it leads into a Pantomath sequel- coming soon.) Promise it's worth your time (probably) so check it out. A my hero academia fan fiction where All Might didn't lose the slime monster... and Izuku, dreams freshly crushed, decides to help in a way even a "quirkless Deku" like him could. He becomes an information broker for the heroes. Because while his dream had always been to be a hero, his goal had always- and will always- be helping others, and come he'll or high water, he would not give up on that. With this in mind he began analyzing quirks and training his brain so he could surpass even analytical quirks. And further so his information would surpass all other's. And like that his name began to spread- Deku, the top quirk analyst, with his all seeing quirk Pantomath. I make nothing from this, except excuses for what I do with my time. He was hardly missed, if you were to ask his old neighbors or classmates who he was they would probably would ask why you cared about that 'useless deku'.
