Also the barrier around Gravity Falls doesn't quite effect Bill anymore since he is now kinda bound to Mabel's mind and wherever she is, he is too. He becomes captain at 7 and commander at 9 and is known throughout the compound as the Anbu with wings, even though his squad had seen it only once.
