Stockholm Syndrome, Definition: "Feelings of trust or affection felt in many cases of kidnapping or hostage-taking by a victim towards their captor" ___________________________________ Eddie Kaspbrak gets kidnapped by a yet to be caught serial killer, Richie Tozier. He is at lost for what to do. He has no idea where he is and no way of contacting the outside world and Richie is clearly unbalanced, but yet, he's so kind to him, in his way, honest, open and emotional. Eddie continues this kindness towards Richie, at first because he knows if he doesn't, he will die, but soon he comes to terms with the fact that he is in fact, in love.

Eddie thinks he has moved on from the incident regarding Richie, which only occurred a year ago. He, Beverly and Greta move down to New York, so Eddie can pursue his dream of going to NYU to study Journalism. He tries not to think about that day. The day he left. Until one day, whilst taking a midnight stroll through the quiet streets of New York, he gets attacked and then saved by a familiar face. Now, learning that his Ex is now living in New York, and in the same apartment building as his best friend, it will be a lot harder to forget than he thinks.

It had been two years since "IT" had happened, the losers were now all 15 and ever since the events, Eddie and Richie had been inseparable. Eddie almost dying had been an awakening for Richie, he realised he could not lose Eddie, Eddie meant the world to him, he had always questioned the way he was attracted to Eddie before, and his sexuality too.
