thomas' senior year has been uneventful and boring, well that is until he receives an anonymous message from a boy confessing his attraction // thomas commences in an investigation, trying to reveal the identity of his "mystery boy" all while accidentally falling in love with him over text - disclaimer: this plot was somewhat inspired by the book simon v. the homo sapiens agenda

Thomas and Newt met when they were younger, (7 years old to be exact) they thought what they did was right, kiss each other on the cheek and hold hands. Thomas' parents thought it was the most adorable thing in the world, aside from Newts parents, well, not so much. Thomas never saw Newt after that, he never got to keep in touch, which broke his heart. Until, 11 years later, he saw him at last, at a very bad time, but the right time to save the love of his life, as he thought over the years. (Trigger warning)

thomas isn't into music, well he enjoys it casually, but he comes no where near close to being as obsessed with it as his younger sister is // when rose's friends are away she drags her older brother to her favorite place to watch local bands // little did thomas know a night of live music would lead him to becoming smitten with a certain blonde guitar player who goes by the name of newt

Newt had heard the stories, knew them like the back of his hand: everybody has a soulmate in this world, one person made just for them, blah, blah, blah. Their initials were inscribed on everybody's chest, just to the left of the sternum, directly over the heart. That he was fine with. The problem for him, personally, lay within the other condition: that if you came within close proximity of your soulmate, but failed to meet them, you would have to relive the day until you succeeded. Which, in theory, seems like a good idea, but that's because most people didn't fuck up this badly.

thomas can do things, things that kids shouldn't be able to do. he can kill with a thought and send his body into a terrifying overdrive // living really hasn't been so great for thomas, but when a weird night leads him to finding an exceptional school and a boy who can turn himself invisible, he discovers that maybe being different isn't so terrible after all - disclaimer: I used the x-men universe but you don't have to know anything about x-men to read it its focused on newt and thomas and wicked

after thomas' entire life fell apart he decides he was willing to do anything he can to get his life back, yes that even includes time travel // being thrown back into his fifteen year old body meant meeting the four when they were also younger // not knowing what to expect and despite the warnings thomas goes through the tremendous effort of winning newt back while trying to alter the past to keep all his friends alive - disclaimer: this is the THIRD book in a series so read it will not make sense if you haven't read "control" and "release" first // as stated before this takes place in the x-men universe but you don't need to know anything about the x-men to understand it

life slowly moved on after the invasion of the x-mansion by wicked, the organization was presumed dead and everyone focused on picking up the broken pieces wicked had left them with // when thomas knows more then he should and takes matters into his own hands, the semi-normal routine the five had built comes crashing down around them - disclaimer: this book is a SEQUEl so please read "control" first or this will literally make no sense // as stated before, I used the x-men universe but you don't need to know anything about x-men to read it
