Death Valley... Údolí smrti... Psychiatrická léčebna, kam putují duševně nemocní vrazi, násilníci,... Málokdo z nich, má šanci se dostat zpět, do normálního života. Personál, je v neustálém ohrožení života. Sestry, lékaři... Každý z nich má uvnitř nepřítele. O léčebně, která se nachází několik kilometrů od města, se vypráví skoro legendy. A i přes to, je zde přijata dívka, které má léčebna sloužit jako ochrana. Ale, co když není v bezpečí ani uvnitř? Co když, jsou i zde lidé, kteří ji mají zničit?
