But my back story behind this is simple: I've seen a few Overwatch based high school stories (AU, of course), but I have yet to find one focusing on a Mercy x Reader. It's mostly (from what I've seen) Tracer fanfics. As well as, if you try to find a Mercy x Reader you find a few good ones (e.g. the creators AFatLlama, MornNel, both of which are big insperations to me that y'all should defienty check out) and then you have your small ones that leave you off at a good part, or as a cliff hanger.
