When you were 9 your parents had to always work late, so they would always hire a Swiss babysitter named Angela, who was 13, to take care of you. You two always had fun when she took care of you, for her to be your babysitter for three years. When she was 16 she had to return to her home country for (Y/N) to be sad to see her go. Years later when Angela was 29 and an agent at Overwatch she was told that she would be training somebody. He already knew the basic training in fighting and shooting, he just needed to be trained on how the medical department in Overwatch works, since he was going to be a field medic. And she was very surprised to see who she saw again.
