Jake Gallagher has always lead a particularly average life outside of the antics of his unconventional family. Average grades, average friends, and the average teenager's aversion to familial embarrassment, until his life takes a turn for the unexpected. Because sitting three rows and catercorner from Jake in his astronomy class is Skylar Glass. The insightful, attractive, interesting, starry-eyed juvenile delinquent, whose existence exceeds average in Jake's opinion. Skylar introduces Jake to the other side of life, gives him a new reason to look at the sky, and leaves a trail of stardust that prevents Jake's existence from ever being average again. VICTORIA'S POV He looked at me with hatred and disgust in his eyes. It was so intense; I was forced to look away. But then I turned back to look at him as well. I was the one who was supposed to have that look. They kidnapped me! Not the other way around. I should hate them. No matter how good looking they were. They took me against my will. I will not be bullied. He didn't speak, and neither did I. XERIS' POV She gaped at me like an idiot. Her mouth hung open and her eyes were wide. She realised what she was doing and stared at me. My mask slipped a little and she noticed. I stared at her, daring her to speak, her eyes turned away. That's right. But then they turned back and held mine. She was challenging me. What will become of them? Highest rank #1 - science fiction (21/05/2018) SOME LEGAL STUFF: Copyright © 2018 by PrEsHiShy All rights reserved. “I’m in love with you like the moon is in love with the Earth, following it around like a child chasing their hero, controlling the tides of life that bring nothing but hardships, casting a light over any darkened corner of your soul.” Jonathan Toews & Ally Summers; a love story worth hearing.

"What was it like to witness the creation of the universe?" "Terrifying." When Atara, Merc, Cal and Lilith wake to darkness, they're each more than a little afraid. With no memory of who they were before, and with the universe bursting violently to life around them, they must work together to survive and to get home - wherever that may be. Because the longer they stay in this dark new world, the harder it is to do so. © 2015 by shayebay This novel is entirely a work of fiction. "You guys are the descendants of the constellation zodiacs. I know you won't believe me but trust me whe-" "I believe you," "Yeah, me too. I also believe in unicorns and the tooth fairy. Oh, and did I forget to tell you? I'm half mermaid." "Don't you bring unicorns into this, they are real! I shall prove it!" • • • There is a legend that, a long time ago, a dozen beings were disgraced. They were cast down to earth, banished from the heavens. The gods turned away from their pleas. They eventually blended into the crowd and lived lives as humans. They were never to be seen again. They were The Zodiacs. However, they're just a made up story. Isn't it? Things shake up when twelve students show up at Nova Institute Of Astrology, twelve students with 'unique' names. They seem like normal teenagers until an evil being descends upon the school seeking revenge upon them. Why, you ask? Well, because apparently, his ancestor was ridiculed and kicked out of the being a Zodiac. Talk about holding a grudge, am I right? A teacher leads them away from their boarding school, their normal lives and everything they know. Leads them to a large cabin in the woods. She tells them that they're magical and have powers. Okay, What? Apparently, they are the only ones who can defeat him. That's where the big question comes in: Can they actually defeat him? But, I mean, who believes they have powers right. Right? • • • • Highest Rank: #785 in Fantasy - 03/08/18 • • • • • All rights reserved. All credit goes to the owners of media used in this story. Aquila Whitman always loved the stars. She could find any constellation and name every star that made it up. She would always pester her parents to buy her a new telescope, and she would always stay up late to watch the stars at night. Sometimes, she thought she could hear the stars talking to her. They would write her messages that glistened in the night sky. Once the rumor of her crazy delusion spreads through the school, her peers began making fun of her. They all thought she was crazy and began calling her Star Girl as an insult. Cedric Diggory was intrigued and began calling her Star Girl as a compliment. [OLD VERSION]
