Shayla, a mental hospital patient, is very dangerous. She had to get shipped to a more secure hospital because she almost killed some nurses and fellow patients. There she meets Jacob, a psychotic patient. Something about Jacob attracts Shay to him. Jacob usually shows no emotions, but with Shay it's different. They end up falling for each other... hard. But, with them both mentally ill, and unable to control themselves when angered, what will happen? Will they make it through it all?
