An artist who also happens to be a serial killer. He uses people's blood for his work and a dirty cop who knows about him. Uses him for the money until she finds out that he killed her sister.

If you had the choice of one power or superpower what would you choose. That is the question that these characters will find themselves answering in clever ways. This is a story that I am writing but Didn't feel comfortable publishing yet so I decided to make character entries first to make a foundation as well as see how people responded.
