Jonathan Schlatt, formally known as Schlatt, had been emperor of L'manberg, up until his fatal heart attack on November 13, 2020. On that day, L'manberg also lost Wilbur Soot, who had exploded a fair portion of the beautiful city. Cut to a couple years later, and Wilbur is now known as Ghostbur, a lonely spirit who, unfortunately, doesn't remember half the things that happened.
