13 year old Scarlet Woods is a girl who gets constantly abused by her mother. Her mother, Elizabeth, has never told her anything about her father. Scarlet was in a coma at the age of six and woke up two years later with no memory of her past. She meets her real father in the woods one day while looking for her friend Imogen. Scarlet learns why her mother never told her about her father. She also now understands why her mother always says that it was her fault that her father left. Let's just say, Scarlet won't be taking anymore abuse from her mother.
