AGE OF GLORY Book One · ~ · ~ · ~ · ~ · "Pietro," Wanda whispers to him in Sokovian, "Pietro, come back. Dear brother, I need you." His vitals come back on, only a moment passes before he flat lines again, but there's still brain activity. "Tony, more!" "I'm trying! Dr. Banner is way more suited to this than I am." Tony's hands go wild, trying to keep his new found, new lost, friend alive for one more second so that Wanda can work her magic. "Pietro!" Wanda yells, forcing will for him to live even harder to him. "Pietro, live!" Just as he vibrates at the highest frequency, his body escapes into a bright light, disappearing from their world. Wanda is in shock. His mind is ripped apart from hers like glue. She grabs her head in her hands, trying to contain a scream. "Tony, what the hell happened?" Tony gazes at the empty spot where Pietro was. His eyes are empty; shock makes him stumble. "I-I don't know." · ~ · ~ · ~ · ~ · In an attempt to bring Pietro Maximoff back to life, Tony Stark and Helen Cho create a machine that vibrates Quicksilver's naturally vibrating molecules at a level that raises his brain activity. Wanda Maximoff uses her magical powers to get inside his head to coax him back to the world of the living. Instead of bringing Pietro back, the machine sends his body and mind to an alternate reality, where the Avengers are in comics and movies, and Quicksilver himself is no more than a famed character among nerds. Glory Northern is a high school student, almost to college. Planning to major in Creative Writing, she plans to try to work for Marvel Comics, creating the very characters she loves so much. Her life is all but unplanned. What happens when a unconscious Pietro falls onto her front lawn as she's walking home? Does she run away, or more precisely, she run away with him? Will Pietro get back to the world where he's died, or will he choose to stay with Glory? [COMPLETED] {Cover by @CaroDelMonte © 2017}

She was striking, in as many ways as a young woman, like herself, could be. Her qualities and dazzling bewilderment brought beauty to her tired eyes, that were decorated underneath with a faint purple. Though her mind was hardly ever there; she often found herself caught up in her dream like fantasies, always left wondering on the unknown. You and Kurt meet at the x-mansion, and there's suddenly a connection between the two of you, you can't deny. *I haven't read the comics, only watched the movies and read about the characters online. The story doesn't follow all the true facts from the comics*
